Because these items are handmade and unique, the store offers no original payment refunds, you may switch to another product of more or equal to the original value with paying the extra should you choose to pick an item more than the original value.

Refunds are availble as long as the item is the way it is sent and in the original packaging. You are responsible for all costs of shipping back to the store with an email confimation of tracking number sent to lex@stormofcreations.com.
